Travel- Nuclear Medicine- SPECT Technologist

Overview

Siemens Healthineers is seeking candidates for a Nuclear Medicine position that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Rome, GA. This is a contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension.

Onsite schedule: M-F, hours may vary; travel as needed for Nuclear Medicine/SPECT technology assignments.

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals specific to SPECT imaging procedures.
• Operate SPECT and hybrid imaging systems to acquire accurate, high-resolution images.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout the imaging process.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure completeness and clinical relevance.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to support accurate and timely diagnoses.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and maintain regulatory compliance at all times.
• Perform routine quality assurance and preventive maintenance on SPECT imaging equipment.

• Active ARRT certification, Nuclear Medicine license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SPECT within Nuclear Medicine
