Job Title
Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Per Diem) – O’ahu, HI
Pay Information- OT: $80 per visit or $90,000‑$110,000 annually (based on caseload)
- COTA: $60 per visit
- Flexible scheduling; per diem available
- Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes.
- Conduct initial and follow‑up assessments, including fall risk evaluations.
- Oversee client progress and ensure top‑notch care.
- Licensed OT or OTA in Hawaii.
- 1+ year of clinical or home health experience.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable with outreach and public presentations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive compensation: $80 per visit.
