Physical Therapist (PT) & PTA - North Shore Oahu Potential to Earn $100,000–$120,000/Year Pay:
- PT: $80 per visit
- PTA: $55–$60 per visit
O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)
Schedule:Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients

Responsibilities- Provide in‑home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
- Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
