Job Title: Clinical Supervisor / Therapist
Location/Work Status: Kapolei, Hawaii with flexible work environment

Comprehensive Counseling and Support Services helps families provide a safe home for their children with integrated services such as skill building, counseling, parenting classes, crisis intervention and ohana time visits. Referred by DHS Child Welfare Services or Voluntary Case Management or Family Strengthening Services.
The Clinical Supervisor/Therapist provides direct supervision and oversight of the Clinical Therapists service activities which include assessments, goal planning, coordinating other services and clinical counseling for children families enrolled in the program. The Clinical Supervisor/Therapist supervises the delivery of voluntary, culturally appropriate, and strengths-based child abuse and neglect prevention services to low to high-risk families referred by the Department of Human Services (DHS).
In addition, this position will carry a caseload providing the same services and activities as the Clinical Therapists and acting as backup if needed. This position is under the direct supervision of the Assistant Program Director. This position communicates extensively with the master contractor director, the EIFS Program Director, the Outreach Worker, the entire CCSS team and community providers.
