REHAB Hospital of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. You will interpret physician orders, perform evaluations, design and implement plans of care, maintain progress reports, and communicate patient status to families and team.
The role requires Hawaii OT licensure, NBCOT certification as an OTR, and BLS, plus graduation from an ACOTE-accredited OT program with inpatient/outpatient rehab experience.
