Position Summary
Provide professional quality massage within scope of practice and licensing while ensuring positive client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Apply professional massage techniques tailored to client needs, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury assessment.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
- Ensure punctuality and timely responses to client and manager communications.
- Keep massage rooms clean, organized, and stocked; report equipment issues promptly.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards to prevent injuries.
- Exhibit physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- (LMT) Certification of completion.
- Experience and training in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required. Additional knowledge and experience in performing other modalities a plus.
- Must maintain a current CPR & First Aid certification.
- Responsible for adhering to all Hawaii licensing laws and regulations related to maintaining a current massage license including maintaining CEU’s.
- Massage work experience required.
