Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Pay:
Competitive per-visit compensation ($80.00+ per visit)

Schedule:
Flexible / Per Diem (PRN)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Oahu.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes through personalized care.
Responsibilities- Perform speech-language pathology evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat swallowing disorders and communication impairments
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation
- Current Hawaii SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexible schedule
