We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants throughout O'ahu.
Primary Responsibilities- Skilled home health visits
- PT evaluations and reassessments
- Fall prevention planning
- Mobility and strengthening programs
- Patient and caregiver education
- Medicare-compliant documentation
- Hawaii PT or PTA license
- Home health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
