Plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a unit in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
• Providing information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
• Analyzing the specific market conditions and building a sound market related network of stakeholders.
• Spotting opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
• Preparing customer contact, building and maintaining a customer focused network.
• Preparing/coordinating and negotiating proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt/other involved professionals and management.
• Coordinating the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
• Completing sales and revenue related key reporting.
• Contributing to the development of After-Market business in the region.
• May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.

The base pay range for this position is:

$67,200 - $92,400

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.
