Medical Technologist Or Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description:
Follows established QA/QC policies and procedures. Operates, calibrates.
Education/
Experience:
- Medical Technologist
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science and successful completion of an approved Medical Technology internship program, OR. - Medical Laboratory Technician
- Associate degree from an accredited School of Clinical Laboratory Sciences and completion of an approved clinical laboratory internship.
Certification/Licensure:
- Certified as an MT/MLS or MLT by one of the National Commission of Health Certifying Agencies or by an agency recognized by the Hawaii Department of Health Laboratories Branch.
- State license as a Technologist or Technician.
Certifications/Requirements:
- ASCP
- AMT
Shift:
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday from 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, including rotating weekends. Must be flexible to meet with operational needs.
