We provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for children on the autism spectrum and are looking for motivated, compassionate, and dedicated team members to join our growing team!

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client's individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by the supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to the supervising BCBA

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current RBT certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

• Hourly rate: $25.00 - $28.00
