Home Care Provider
$18 - $20/hour
TLC Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Provider to join our team in Anchorage, Girdwood, Matsu, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, the entire Kenai Peninsula and all surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical records
- A degree in a healthcare field (e.g. nursing, medicine, etc.)
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Current TB test
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Vehicle Insurance
- Must Live in Anchorage, Girdwood, Matsu, Palmer, Wasilla, North Pole, Fairbanks, the entire Kenai Peninsula and all surrounding areas
