  Full Time or Part Time
• Compensation: $48–$65/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Experience Level: CFs welcome to apply (starting range $35–$42/hour)
• Consistent caseload and scheduling support provided

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across the lifespan
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (required)
• Hawaii SLP license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• 1+ years of experience preferred;
  Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Speech Solutions Hawaii has been serving Hawaii families since 2008. Our team includes Speech‑Language Pathologists with experience in pediatric language, feeding and swallowing, AAC, autism, motor speech disorders, and orofacial myology. As a pediatric specialty practice, we are committed to providing high‑quality, individualized care while supporting our clinicians through collaboration and mentorship. We believe in creating an environment where clinicians feel supported while continuing to develop throughout their careers.

Our founder remains actively involved in the practice and enjoys mentoring clinicians as they build confidence, develop specialty skills, and navigate more complex cases.
