Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Always Best Care Home Health, a Medicare-certified home health agency serving patients throughout O e2ahu. We are seeking compassionate OTs and COTAs who help patients regain independence and improve quality of life through personalized in-home therapy. Compensation- Occupational Therapist (OT): $80 per routine visit
- Annual salary option: $110, (based on caseload)
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA): $60 per visit
Location:
O81ahu, Hawaii (Reliable transportation required).

The Role
As an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you ll help patients improve their ability to safely perform everyday activities while promoting independence in the home environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy services in patients homes
- Complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits
- Perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (OT)
- Assist with treatment interventions established by the supervising OT (COTA)
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Occupational Therapist
- Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Active Hawaii Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable with community outreach and educational presentations
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
