Activities Assistant
We're searching for an energetic, reliable and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidates are self‑starters who can work independently to plan and coordinate meaningful activities for our residents. They should possess attributes such as flexibility, patience and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist residents with activities throughout the day to meet their individual needs, in group or individual settings.
- Provide recreational programs in a manner that is respectful of individual choices.
- Promote resident participation and community involvement through volunteer services.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility, patience and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with residents and team members.
