Physical & Occupational Therapist — Per Diem | O'ahu, HI
Potential to Earn $100,000–$120,000/Year
Pay:- PT: $80 per visit (potential $100,000–$120,000/year based on caseload)
- PTA: $55–$60 per visit
- OT: $80 per visit (potential $100,000–$120,000/year based on caseload)
- COTA: $60 per visit
O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)
Schedule:Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients
We're a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu, dedicated to fall prevention, mobility, and empowering residents to thrive in the comfort of their homes.
What You'll Do- Provide in-home physical or occupational therapy visits
- Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
- Oversee client progress and ensure top‑note care
- Current Hawaii license as PT, PTA, OT, or COTA
- 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
