Mental Health Therapist Supervisor
Location: Hawaii
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Hawaii supervisors who can offer supportive and practical clinical guidance to developing mental health professionals. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy helping others grow in skill, confidence, and professional judgment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to counselors, therapists, and developing providers
- Review cases, treatment plans, documentation, and ethical concerns
- Help supervises grow in clinical confidence
- Follow Hawaii supervision requirements
- Maintain consistent communication and records
- Active Hawaii clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or LCSW
- Must be qualified to supervise under Hawaii board requirements
- Experience supporting early-career clinicians preferred
