Role Description This full-time Clinical/Inventory Specialist role is an on-site position based in Honolulu, HI. The specialist will manage clinical product inventory, including receiving, tracking, stocking, and reconciling devices and supplies to support cardiovascular procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating product availability for cases, running products, and maintaining accurate records in inventory systems. The role also involves supporting clinical staff with procedures involving our products, in-services, and case preparation.

The specialist will collaborate closely with hospital personnel and internal team members to ensure timely delivery, case coverage, and smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or materials management within a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Basic knowledge of cardiovascular or interventional procedures, or a strong willingness to learn clinical product applications preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clinicians, staff, and partners.
  • Ability to work on-site in Honolulu, HI, including standing, lifting, and moving inventory as required.
  • Demonstrated reliability, problem-solving skills, and a focus on patient care and safety.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree required, preferred area of focus in healthcare, science, or business-related field.
  • Previous experience in medical device, hospital inventory, or clinical support roles is beneficial (salary will vary based off of experience level).
