Signify Health is seeking a Per Diem Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits typically last about 45 minutes and include medical history review, physical evaluation, and possible tests ordered by the health plan.
You will use an iPad and may conduct virtual visits; travel within licensed states is required. Part-time per diem role with a base hourly rate plus incentives; malpractice insurance coverage provided; supplies and other perks.
