We are looking for a passionate Pool Attendant who strives for excellence in a fast‑paced work environment. This position reports to our Recreation Management Team.

Welcome and orient guests to poolside services. Provide guests with water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, sunscreen, etc.), towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience of six months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, maintain professionalism and composure in a high‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

• Casual.
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty‑four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
