Our Cook III’s are responsible for preparing and plating menu items according to Four Seasons standards. This role supports up to three kitchen stations and requires solid product knowledge and proficient knife skills. Cook III is a developmental position, preparing individuals for increased responsibility and leadership at the next level. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Prior culinary experience is required for this position, and employees will need a basic culinary tool kit (e.g. tongs, whisk, spatula, knifes, etc.)Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
