Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resortis looking to hire a new Valet Parking Attendant to the team! Located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that has the drive and passion for providing memorable experiences for guests!

Shift Pattern:Varied (Union role) – AM PM Overnight. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Pay Rate:$16.00 tips additional

Ideal candidates for this role will possess:

• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Quality customer service background.

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greeting and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests.
• Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
