Overview:Join the team as a Maintenance, 1st Class on this tropical paradise. Our Hilton Hawaiian Village property is located on the widest stretch of beach with 22 acres. The Great Lawn is Waikiki’s largest private oceanfront grass lawn. It offers breathtaking views of the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. Amid the tropical gardens and waterfalls, you will find Koi Ponds. If you are a hands‑on type of person, like to get your hands dirty and work projects that will make a difference for the operational side of this beautiful property, this is the position for you.
Our property has 3,991 guest rooms and over 150,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space.

Shift Pattern:Varied (Union role) – AM PM Overnight. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.
Hourly Pay Range:$33.35 - $41.69
Responsibilities:- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery and/or equipment.
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
- Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years building maintenance knowledge.
- Hospitality knowledge.
