Manage and respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms. Manage group reservations and their processes, ensuring adherence to the sales contract terms, providing meeting planner and guest satisfaction while maximizing room inventory and ADR. Load and maintain rates, packages, and tracking codes in the property management system. Monitor room categories in the PMS to maximize revenue and identify yield management opportunities.

Control high occupancy and oversold dates to minimize guest “walks” and maintain hotel profitability. Perform required data entry for monthly performance results. Monitor budgetary goals, occupancy and revenue forecasts, and react promptly to market changes. Communicate, collaborate with reservations sales staff and all hotel departments. Assist the Director of Revenue Management in completing the yearly departmental budget and ensuring expenses stay within budget.

Demonstrate self‑initiative, analytical skills, technical proficiency, and customer relations. Exhibit strong time management, organization, and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

You have prior experience as a Reservation Agent in a hotel or a high‑volume industry dealing with customers. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and enhancing the guest experience. You thrive in a flexible schedule that includes a variety of shifts—day, evening, and weekend—to fit your personal life. You possess excellent computer skills and collaborative teamwork.
