The beautiful Hilton Hawaiian Village is looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to lead this dynamic Food and Beverage team! Hilton Hawaiian Village is Waikiki's only true resort destination located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. Our guests have access to the Duke Kahanamoku Beach & Lagoon, the world-famous stretch of pristine white sands and azure waters, as well as five sparkling pools, which include a 10,000-square-foot Super Pool and the multi-layered Paradise Pool, featuring dramatic waterfalls and one of the only water slides in Waikiki.

The property also features 9 food and beverage outlets as well as over 150,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor banquet space! As a Food & Beverage Director, you're not just providing strategic direction for all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest

* Define F&B operational strategy:
Provide leadership direction for the Food & Beverage department to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing

* Drive operational excellence:
Plan and oversee the administrative and operational functions of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

* Manage costs and revenue:
Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements

* Cultivate a high-performing team:
Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs

* Ensure regulatory excellence:
Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
