- Provide the front of house staff with all their service equipment needs.
- Ensure that all equipment provided to the front of house staff are clean and in compliance with quality standards.
- Support the culinary staff by maintaining their lines with the required dishware for each meal period.
- To support the banquet staff with all their equipment and culinary needs before and during each banquet event.
- Clean and maintain all equipment managed by the Stewarding department by ensuring the safe usage.
- Transportation of all banquet food requirements to the location of event.
- Report to Steward Supervisor when any equipment/machinery is damaged, faulty or misused.
- Keep work area clean, tidy and dry at all times.
- Service oriented with an eye for details.
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
- Self-motivated and energetic.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage (Tagalog/Ilocano).
- Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work in Stewarding (Tuberculosis Clearance).
- Valid Driver’s License.
