Spa Concierge - Part Time

Overview

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is a 1230-room property located on Waikiki Beach, directly across from the Duke Kahanamoku Statue and central to Waikiki’s vibrant city center. The resort offers personalized services, modern amenities, cultural activities, a swimming pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean, locally sourced dining specialties, and on‑site boutiques.

• Host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation as Spa Concierge.
• Schedule treatments, register guests, and process payments—including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
• Handle spa reservations for deluxe packages or individual treatments.
• Make product and treatment recommendations to spa guests.
• Serve as the final point of contact for an Indigenous spa experience.
• Hourly rate: $20.00/hour.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Hotel/resort spa experience preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
