Schedule Details:

The Housekeeping Department operates seven days a week. You will be assigned to an eight-hour shift within the operating hours of 6 AM to 11 PM, which includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

* Responds quickly to guest's requests in a friendly manner.

* Follows up to ensure guest's satisfaction.

* Will be required to work in a fast-paced stressful environment.

* Communicates effectively with dispatch, Team Members and guests to ensure the satisfaction of our guests and owners.

* Projects a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

* Follows company's philosophies, policies and procedures and able to effectively communicate them to appropriate departments.

* Ensures resort complies with all federal, state and local laws, including OSHA.

* Cleans guest corridors, landings, stairwells, delivers guest requests, vacuuming, carpet cleaning and deep cleaning of all assigned units, offices and public areas in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity.

* Reports any maintenance problems, damage or missing items to proper housekeeping personnel.

* Reports any suspicious activity to the Security Department.

* Maintains cleaning cart supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly appearance.

* Ensures all assets and supplies for the department are securely stored at all times in a neat and orderly fashion.

* Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies.

* Follows all daily projects as assigned.

* Promptly turns in all lost and found items after being properly tagged and identified.

* Properly utilizes the facility management systems (Synergy & Perfect Room) and adheres to the "Resort Issued Key Policy".

* May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by Housekeeping Management.

To fulfill this role efficiently, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

* Basic language interpersonal skills to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners and co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments

* Prior experience in Houseperson or related position

* Able to lift up to 50lbs; push/pull cart over 200lbs

* Physically able to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals

* Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

* Prior customer service or similar related experience
