Utility House Attendant; On-Call

Position: Utility House Attendant (On-Call)
Highgate Hotels -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain Highgate Hotel Standards in all assigned lobby areas, Business Center, Fitness Center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, parking garages, driveways, and any other public spaces;
Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other employees and use the HotSOS hotel software to track work assignments and guest requests;
Deliver clean linen to assigned sections and stock supplies; assist with trash pickup and disposal per hotel procedures;
Vacuum and maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest corridors; maintain stairwells and public restrooms to hotel standards;
Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Clerk, Supervisor, or Manager; attend all required meetings and trainings
