Assists in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment.;
Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event.;
Set up tables, top chairs and tables for catered events as assigned by the Catering Supervisor/Manager in a timely and efficient manner.;
Set all glassware silverware, dinnerware, and additional set-up necessities in a timely manner.;
Ensure that all catered areas have been left in a sanitary and organized manner.
