Front Desk Agent
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in and registering guests, the Front Desk Agent serves as a knowledgeable resource for information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. If you enjoy connecting with people from all over the world and creating meaningful experiences, we want to hear from you!

- Perform daily front desk procedures, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the reservation system and front desk procedures.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process guest payments according to established procedures and policies, including proper cash handling and credit card authorizations.
- Communicate efficiently with other hotel departments to support special requests, late check‑outs, maintenance needs, and guest concerns.
- Assist with pre‑registration and room blocking of reservations; prepare for group arrivals and departures.
- Provide the highest level of service to guests at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with hotel reservation software preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
$27.50 – $27.50 per hour.
