Job Overview

Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company that offers a dynamic portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. The role of Bell Person is to deliver a friendly and seamless service experience for guests.

• Greet guests and provide luggage assistance for check-in, check-out and room moves.
• Deliver messages, luggage, packages and run errands to exceed guest expectations.
• Answer questions about amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment, directions, etc.
• Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests.
• Maintain luggage carts and track bell cart inventory to ensure they are in working order.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.

The hourly rate for this role is $18.25.
