Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping department, ensuring a commitment to cleanliness throughout units.
- Maintain quality guest services and inventory while working within budget.
- Perform daily inspections of units, offices, and public areas to ensure quality guest service standards and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years housekeeping supervisory experience, hotel managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with employees, associates, and guests.
- Flexibility to work any day and shift.
Base pay starts at $70,000–$74,000, with potential for higher salary based on skill, experience, education.
