Respond promptly to guest requests and other departments;
Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area;
Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering;
Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms;
Make beds and fold terry; clean bathrooms; remove trash and dirty linens; ensure appliances are working;
Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 pounds; push/pull a loaded cart; reach overhead and bend;
Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies; assist guests, including individuals with disabilities;
Stand and walk for extended periods; handle various housekeeping tasks with attention to detail
