Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with hotel standards;
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, and local recommendations;
Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner;
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and operate the PBX console;
Balance and prepare shift-related paperwork and assist with ensuring logging and delivery of packages
