Highgate Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in lobby areas, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, and other public spaces;
Operate hotel software system (i.e., HotSOS) to track work assignments and guest requests;
Deliver clean linen and stock supplies to assigned sections; pick up and dispose of trash; keep public areas neat and organized;
Vacuum corridors, maintain stairwells and ensure proper maintenance reporting;
Assist with Room Attendant and House Attendant duties as needed
