Highgate in Honolulu seeks an Activation/Recreations Ambassador to ensure the pool area and cabanas are clean, set, and guest-ready. You will greet guests, deliver towels, and assist with breakfast service and events under the guidance of the Venue Manager.
You will actively support the Coconut Club during functions, promote cabana/day bed sales, and communicate guest needs to the Activation Manager, while maintaining high standards of service and revenue opportunities across property functions.
