Outlet Ambassador

As an Outlet Ambassador at Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, you'll be the welcoming face of our dining and resort outlets, guiding guests through our offerings and ensuring an exceptional experience. You'll greet guests with genuine aloha, assist with seating and orders, process payments, and share knowledge of menus, amenities, and promotions. Working closely with our culinary and front-of-house teams, you'll maintain polished, organized spaces and respond promptly to guest needs.
