Guest Service Manager

Romer House Waikiki is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead daily front desk and guest-facing operations at our boutique, neighborhood-focused hotel. You will oversee check-in/out, resolve guest concerns, coach and schedule the guest services team, and ensure every stay reflects our warm, community-driven Waikiki experience. Partner with local vendors, support on-property programming, and drive service standards that blend laid-back island hospitality with polished, boutique-level care.
