Part-Time Housekeepers at Pacific Estate Housekeeping provide high-standard residential housekeeping services for luxury homes and properties in Honolulu, HI. This is an on-site role focused on maintaining clean, orderly, and welcoming environments through tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, bed making, and linen care. Team members follow detailed home-care protocols, respect client preferences, and uphold strict quality and confidentiality standards.

The role includes preparing residences for owner arrivals or guest stays, restocking household items, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. Housekeepers work collaboratively with the broader team, maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues, and consistently deliver service that reflects five-star hospitality. This is a full-time role.

• Ability to perform high-quality housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, sanitizing, and Laundry care for luxury residences.
• Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality, discretion, and client satisfaction.
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently, follow checklists, and maintain orderly work spaces.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and follow established protocols, standards, and safety procedures.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or luxury residential service preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, with attention to safe work practices.
• Reliable transportation to on-site locations in Honolulu, HI, and flexibility to work varying schedules as needed.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for diverse clients and colleagues.
