The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for an Activities Coordinator to join the team.

Situated on 22 acres along Waikiki's broadest stretch of sand with 2,860 rooms and 17 food and beverage outlets, this premier meeting destination offers over 150,000 sq. ft. of function space and Waikiki's most unique meeting and event venues.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while sharing the unique island culture with guests; leading/instructing classes for Lei Making, Hula movement introductions, ukulele playing lessons (instructed by vendor) and Keiki (children) Crafts.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Coordinate recreation programs:
  Plan, promote, and lead all activities for the spa, salon, fitness center, and/or health club
• Provide receptionist support:
  Handle calls, schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage messages to ensure seamless daily operations
• Monitor inventory:
  Stock and maintain recreation program supplies as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean environment:
  Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all facilities, monitoring usage and supporting overall club operations as needed
