Events and Catering Sales Coordinator - Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

As an Events & Catering Sales Coordinator, you’re not just supporting events from sale to execution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

We’re seeking an Events & Catering Sales Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career in hospitality sales and events. The ideal candidate brings at least six months of administrative or coordinator experience, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous Delphi experience and a background in hotel sales are highly preferred.

- Provide exceptional client service:
Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
- Support the sales process:
Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
- Coordinate event logistics:
Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
- Prepare and distribute documents:
Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
- Stay organized and detail-focused:
