Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration. This role requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting- Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements working closely with hiring managers.
- Post and update job ads on job boards and social media (Indeed, Linked In, etc.). Source for qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications in compliance with EEO laws.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and rejection communications.
- Facilitate new‑hire onboarding and orientation.
- File and manage employee records and serve as the ADP Workforce Now HRIS power user.
- Manage PAF Log by tracking PAF activity, benefits eligibility, bonuses, evaluations, and HR metrics.
- Develop and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement process improvements in HR policies and procedures.
- Organize compliance trainings and learning & development sessions.
- Maintain HR forms, calendars, and documentation.
- Model, support, and reinforce club policies and rules.
- Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries.
- File and maintain confidential and accurate personnel records.
- Plan and promote engagement initiatives, employee engagement events, and recognition programs.
- Assist with employee engagement surveys and follow‑through on action items.
- Support HR projects including surveys, employee feedback, and training logistics.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. (preferred)
- 1+ year of ADP experience. (highly preferred)
- 1+ year of HR experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. and Hawaii labor laws.
- Experience with sourcing tools and social media recruiting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

$25-$27/hr, depending on experience. (Non-Exempt position)
