First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Human Resources Group. In this role, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative duties to ensure efficient processing as we onboard new talent into the organization and maintain files and records based on bank standards and/or legal requirements for the department. This role will also support the Human Resources Group by providing excellent customer service and assisting all internal and external customers with their inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties to support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain files and records based on bank standards and legal requirements for the department.
- Support the Human Resources Group by providing excellent customer service and assisting internal and external customers with inquiries and requests.
- High school diploma or GED and/or equivalent work experience required
- Associates degree in Business or related field preferred
- One year of Human Resources experience preferred
- One year of experience in a business office environment required
- Able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with staff, management, vendors, and corporate customers
- Able to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines and frequent interruptions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and HR systems (People Soft and query tools)
The hourly pay range for this role is $19.23 - $22.50 per hour; commensurate with experience.
Work ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; hours may vary.
