Human Resources Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Serve as our ADP Workforce Now power user, managing records, PAF logs, and HR metrics.
• Support company culture through engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Maintain SOPs, coordinate compliance trainings, and respond to employee HR inquiries.

• 1+ year of HRIS (ADP preferred) experience and 1+ year in HR.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• A passion for people and a genuine desire to foster a positive employee experience.

$25/hr. (Non-Exempt position)
