  • Handles employee relations related inquiries and conducts thorough and timely investigations into employee concerns on HR matters.
  • Supports investigative processes from beginning to end including complainant intakes, interviews with subjects and witnesses and reviews relevant documentation.
  • Gathers and presents complaint information to support written investigative reports performing the initial analysis of all complaints to identify trends and issues.
  • Manages and updates caseload regularly through the appropriate employee relations database management system.
  • Supports the maintenance of employee relations policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assists with the facilitation of training to build employee relations skills within the HR team.

    ** Typical Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology and two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
