Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration. This role requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting:

• Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements working closely with hiring managers.
• Post and update job ads on job boards and social media (Indeed, Linked In, etc.). Source for qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications in compliance with EEO laws.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and rejection communications.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• File and manage employee records and serve as the ADP Workforce Now HRIS power user.
• Manage PAF Log by tracking PAF activity, benefits eligibility, bonuses, evaluations, and HR metrics.

HR Administration:

• Develop and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Implement process improvements in HR policies and procedures.
• Organize compliance trainings and learning & development sessions.
• Maintain HR forms, calendars, and documentation.
• Model, support, and reinforce club policies and rules.
• Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries.
• File and maintain confidential and accurate personnel records.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

• Plan and promote engagement initiatives, employee engagement events, and recognition programs.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys and follow-through on action items.
• Support HR projects including surveys, employee feedback, and training logistics.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. (preferred)
• 1+ year of ADP experience. (highly preferred)
• 1+ year of HR experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Hawaii labor laws.
• Experience with sourcing tools and social media recruiting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr. depending on experience. (Non-Exempt position)
