A dedicated animal welfare organization in Honolulu is seeking a HR Manager, Recruiting & Retention to lead efforts in attracting and retaining passionate staff. The ideal candidate will drive full-cycle recruiting, oversee performance management, and develop strategies to foster a mission-aligned workforce. Responsibilities include analyzing workforce metrics, managing onboarding programs, and building partnerships within the community. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is required, along with at least three years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
