Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a reputable financial institution located in Downtown Honolulu. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and customer-focused professional to support recruiting, onboarding, and human resources operations in a fast-paced environment.
Location & CompensationLocation:
Downtown Honolulu
Pay: $19.00 – $22.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Start Date:
Immediate opening
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities for new hires
- Assist with processing and maintaining employee files and records
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
- Respond to inquiries and assist with HR‑related requests
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team members on various projects and initiatives
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a business office environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred:
Associate degree in Business or a related field - One year of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Experience with HR systems, including People Soft and Query tools
- Sense of urgency and strong follow‑through
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to adapt to frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented
