Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a reputable financial institution located in Downtown Honolulu. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and customer-focused professional to support recruiting, onboarding, and human resources operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Compensation

Location:

Downtown Honolulu
Pay: $19.00 – $22.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Start Date:

Immediate opening

Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities for new hires
  • Assist with processing and maintaining employee files and records
  • Ensure documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
  • Respond to inquiries and assist with HR‑related requests
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team members on various projects and initiatives
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a business office environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred:
    Associate degree in Business or a related field
  • One year of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
  • Experience with HR systems, including People Soft and Query tools
