Summary

This position will support the HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition teams with administrative onboarding and offboarding tasks, manage day‑to‑day employment activities, and assist with special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Human Resources department with various administrative, project, and day‑to‑day processes.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of new employee orientation.
  • Complete the I‑9 process for local new hires, including uploading I‑9 documentation and completing eVerify in Tracker I‑9.
  • Answer manager and employee questions regarding policy, verification of employment, payroll, onboarding, and benefits.
  • Manage large data sets and coordinate with the HRIS team for projects that require written and verbal communication.
  • Coordinate with HRIS teams to run reports for HR Generalists.
  • Complete electronic paperwork for transfers, promotions, supervisory changes, salary adjustments, terms, costing, etc.
  • Administer changes, adjustments, or review information in eTime.
  • Assist the Organizational Department with program support needs.
  • Process invoices for the Talent Acquisition & Compensation Departments.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to HR Generalists (expense reports, invoice payments, office supplies, mail, visitor badges).
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of administrative experience in HR supporting a large team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to use advanced Excel formulas.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems; experience with People Soft and Taleo is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to take direction from multiple managers.
Working Conditions
  • Normal office working conditions; requires stationary position about 50% of the time.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
